Data controller

The controller of your data is the operator of Presagio. For any question about your data, write to acceso@presagio.xyz.

What we collect

Only your email address, when you enter it voluntarily to request an access code. If present, we also store the community code you arrived through, for statistical purposes.

Purpose

• To send you an access code to the platform.
• To send you news and updates about Presagio.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

Retention

We keep your email while your consent stands. If you unsubscribe, we stop using it for communications and remove it from our list.

Recipients

We use Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, EU) to store the contact and send the emails. It acts as a processor on our behalf. See its privacy policy. We never sell or share your data with third parties for advertising.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to acceso@presagio.xyz. Every email we send also includes a one-click unsubscribe link. If you are in the EU and believe your request was not handled, you may lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.

Changes

We may update this policy. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.
